“I cannot speak highly enough of Georgia. She is passionate about voice, not only is her knowledge and experience phenomenal but she has the gift of being able to coach her students in a most uniquely effective and encouraging way. Georgia coaches creatively and intuitively and makes learning to sing the most amazing experience for which I shall be forever grateful.”

“We recommend Georgia very highly. She is highly skilled technically but also passionate, and knowledgeable, about her craft. She is extremely personable and caring of each actors’ varied style, ability and performance experience. Even non-singers were able to perform a song with confidence under her tutelage.”

CIRCLE SONGS

WHY VOCAL IMPROV!?

When we are free from words and structure, we create an aural landscape that is our own sounds and rhythms. We go deep into what we need to sound, to say in song, and are free to hold the groove, fly off the handle and solo. We listen, find inspiration, lead and follow, and express our innate musicality.

WHAT:

Vocal improvisation session for singers of all experience, facilitated by a very knowledgeable and experienced singer, song leader and sound healer.
A safe, fun, liberating space to discover and then expand our voices in sound and, using words and rhythm to play in and with the original instrument, the human voice.

WHY:

When we sing with others we release oxytocin, the hormone engendering trust and community, and tune in and tune up our emotional body, helping us to speak and sing our truth.

WHEN & WHERE:

Mondays 7.30 – 9pm.
